Terms of Service
Welcome to Yohdl. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yohdl web application and website (the "Service"), operated by Yohdl ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Yohdl is a design tool: you can create graphics and wireframes, search licensed stock imagery, upload your own images, overlay text, and export the results. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
- You may delete your account at any time from your profile page, which removes your designs and uploads from active systems.
3. Your content
- You own what you make. Designs you create and images you upload remain yours. We claim no ownership of your content.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and back up your content solely to operate the Service for you (e.g., saving designs, generating thumbnails).
- You are responsible for your content: don't upload material you don't have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
4. Third-party stock imagery (Pexels & Pixabay)
Stock photos and vectors available inside Yohdl are provided through the Pexels and Pixabay services and remain licensed under their respective licenses — the Pexels License and the Pixabay Content License. By using stock imagery through Yohdl you agree to comply with those licenses. In particular:
- Yohdl grants you no ownership of stock imagery. Your rights to use a stock image come from the provider's license, not from us.
- You may use stock imagery within your designs, but you may not redistribute or sell stock images on a standalone basis (e.g., as wallpapers, prints of the unmodified image, or in competing stock libraries).
- Some uses may require additional permissions you are responsible for obtaining — for example, images of identifiable people (model releases), recognizable trademarks, or property.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to breach security or access other users' data; scraping or bulk-downloading stock imagery; using the Service to create unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material; reselling access to the Service; or interfering with its operation (e.g., abusive automated traffic).
6. Plans, lifetime access, and payments
- We may offer free and paid plans. Features and limits per plan are described at the point of purchase.
- Lifetime plans: "lifetime" means the lifetime of the Service, and grants access to the specific plan tier purchased — including its stated limits (such as storage caps [PLACEHOLDER: X GB] and any caps on future features) — not to all features we may ever release. We may add new features, tiers, or usage-based capabilities that are not included in previously purchased plans.

- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your content, except in cases of serious abuse.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will never be lost — keep exports of work that matters to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice (e.g., by email or in-app) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
